The kind of food consumed must also be rich in protein, iron and calcium to provide enough nourishment to the baby. Eating right and enough will ensure that the baby gets the necessary needs. A lot of the daily fluid that is needed by the body comes from the food consumed. Fasting could reduce fluid intake and lessen the supply.
